Appreciated your observations and the nuances in your feedback- and also the reminder to stress on “I”.Please feel empowered to be more candid in your feedback - maybe even lead with that statement. As in if you feel that an answer is not upto par please do not “soften” your observation(s) as :it tends to lull folks into a false sense of security about the state of their prep.Accepting the truth about the state of their prep is often a wake up call for candidates.
